What is a Christmas Mini Session?

A Christmas Mini Session is simply a short, 20min session with a beautifully unique Christmas theme. It is a great opportunity to have a handful of images taken to celebrate Christmas, they also make the perfect gift for Grand Parents.


Are Christmas Mini Sessions only for kids?

No! The styled sets that I am offering are big enough for a family. That means two adults and their children. Christmas Mini Sessions are limited to one individual family from the same household, and cannot be made up of mixed families. If you would like to combine members from different families, or include cousins, please book back-to-back sessions.


What makes a Christmas Mini Session so special?

My Christmas Mini Sessions are styled in my own unique way with beautiful Christmas themed backdrops and exclusive props that are guaranteed to get your family in the mood for Christmas. You will be given exclusive access to the studio during your allocated time slot, without having to queue up at a shopping centre.


Can I choose which set I would like for my Christmas Mini Session?

Yes! You will be able to choose which styled set you would like when booking. Simply click on the name of the Christmas Mini set your would like to book and you will be taken to the corresponding booking page. Only one styled set will be available on a given day due to time frames and the nature of mini sessions. We cannot accomodate more than one styled set per day. If you would like to book more than one set, you will need to book each session on different dates.


What does it cost?

A Christmas Mini Session costs $295 including GST and includes;

* 20 minute private session in the studio

* Private online gallery for viewing & selecting your images.

* Your choice of 5 edited, high resolution digital files via digital download.

* Option to purchase extra images if you wish


How do I receive my photographs?

After your session, you will be sent a link to your online gallery where you can select the images for your package. Once downloaded, you can print and share your images as you like.


Can I purchase extra images?

Yes! You are welcome to purchase additional images for $30 each. Simply add them to your cart before you check out. There is an option to purchase the entire gallery of images. To choose this option, simply choose this option before you check out.


What should I wear?

When choosing your outfits, it’s important to consider the overall theme of your photographs. Things to consider for each theme are;


CHRISTMAS WINDOWS (NUTCRACKER) - go for traditional Christmas colours such as navy, green and red in block colours or tartan. This set would be perfect for a more structured, classic style outfit. If you decide to introduce pattern, try to limit this to one or two people only so that it’s not too busy to look at.


ELEGANT CHRISTMAS - Dark green velvet, black, tan or perhaps even a bit of gold would be perfect for this set as it is quite formal and would be perfect if you are wanting to wear something a little more dressy.


TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS - go for classic colours such as green, red, navy or brown in block colours, white and linen also looks beautiful. This set is perfect for a more structured, classic style outfit. If you decide to introduce pattern, try to limit this to one or two people only so that it’s not too busy to look at. Tartan or red and white polka dots looks incredible in this styled set!


You will need to arrive dressed and photo ready as due to the short time frame of mini sessions, you will not have the opportunity to get dressed in the studio.


Where is the studio?

The studio is located in The Basin, which is in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Full address will be given upon completion of booking.


What do I do when I arrive at the studio?

Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes prior to your allocated session time. Stay in your car until your session time, then proceed to the studio at that time. It is important not to be late as your session cannot go over your allocated time slot as all bookings are timed so that everyone has their full 20 minutes and cleaning can be done before the next session commences. If you are late, you will not be able to commence your session as it will disrupt the rest of the days sessions.
